Normal Hours of Operation:
Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. CST
Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST
Sunday, 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. CST
The technical support office is closed during official UA holidays.
Students and instructors can submit tech support requests at the online help desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Students and instructors can also contact tech support by clicking the support link found in their online course.
Occasionally, the tech team may need to view your computer screen remotely. If a tech support representative directs you to access TeamViewer, please select either the Mac or Windows version located below to run the appropriate applet. When prompted, give the ID# to the technician.
