Dr. Jennifer Roth-Burnette’s robust interest in the intersections among technology, teaching and research, her many years teaching at the college level, and her work in educational technology come together in her role as Head of the Innovation Team. She has experience in the implementation of technology-mediated interactive assignments that engage students more deeply in course material and in critical thinking, as well as in metadata applications for teaching and research. She looks forward to working with faculty as they seek to implement these and other innovations in their own courses. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys exploring the latest in gaming technology with her children.
Andrew Richardson brings an academic background of communication and higher education administration backed by a diverse set of technical skills including web development and programming, video and audio production, and graphic design. Andrew has created College websites, developed mobile phone apps, directed a short film, produced numerous promotional videos, designed departmental print and digital pieces, and engineered numerous podcasts. He is excited to be working with technology in a way that will enhance student development and learning as well as make online classes more fun for both students and faculty. Andrew’s other interests include community engagement and entrepreneurship.
