The University of Alabama will be closed for Spring Break beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 9 and will re-open on Monday, March 19 at 8:00 a.m. The Bama By Distance Tech Support team will address technical support issues on a limited basis during this time. Friday, March 9 - Tech Support office closed beginning at 5:00 p.m. CST

Monday, March 12 through Friday, March 16 – Tech Support staff will monitor online help desk requests and voicemail requests daily during these dates to address faculty and student online course technical issues.

Students and instructors can submit tech support requests at the online help desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Occasionally, the tech team may need to view your computer screen remotely. If a tech support representative directs you to access TeamViewer, please select either the Mac or Windows version located below to run the appropriate applet. When prompted, give the ID# to the technician.
